This website and inquiry form are operated by ASharp Productions, Inc., 658 Old Dixie Highway, Vero Beach, FL 32962, on behalf of the Westside Racquet Club property offering (“we”, “us”).
What we collect. When you submit the inquiry form we collect what you give us: name, email, phone number, company, buyer type and your message. We also record basic website analytics (pages visited, referring source). This site also uses the Meta Pixel and cookies to measure visits and, if we advertise, to show our ads to people who visited.
How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, send you the information you asked for, follow up about the property, and, if you opted in, send you text messages about your inquiry and, if you ticked the follow-up box, occasional follow-up and promotional texts about the property.
Text messaging. If you opt in to texts, we use your mobile number only to text you about your inquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Sharing. We use service providers to run the website, forms, email and texting (for example our CRM). They process your information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security. We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
